How long are the credits valid?

Every plan's email credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Is GST included?

Prices are shown as base + 18% GST. Starter is ₹5,000 + GST = ₹5,900; Business is ₹7,000 + GST = ₹8,260 total.

What if I exceed my quota?

You can top up additional emails any time at your plan's per-email rate (₹0.10 on Starter, ₹0.07 on Business/Enterprise).

Can I use both API and SMTP?

Yes. Send over the REST API or point your app's SMTP at IT WALK — both are included.

What email types are covered?

All plans cover transactional, promotional and notification email, with SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication.
